Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree e.g. in International Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Great Communicator: Ability to chat with anyone—from customers to team members—with ease, translate customers' wishes into clear plans, and keep everyone in the loop.
- Project Management: Ability to keep competing priorities balanced, organize tasks, manage resources, and handle curveballs while keeping things on track, on time, and on budget.
- Service Management: Previous experience in Service and Change Management, especially guiding customers towards successful adoption of new solutions.
- Sales Mindset: Proven experience in presales coupled with a value-driven approach that focuses on delivering meaningful solutions.
- Customer Advocate: Thrive on making people happy, putting the customer first, listening carefully, solving problems, and making customers feel valued.
- Quick Learner: Eager to dive into the world of M-Files and become an expert.
- Team Player: Loves collaborating, brainstorming, and bringing out the best in others, working closely with diverse people from different departments.
- Ability to adapt to managing projects in various target industries, scopes and delivery contexts.
- High ability to drive projects to completion and manage dependencies and issues during project, while maintaining the budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Deliver customer projects on schedule and with high customer satisfaction and quality, while ensuring the defined budget and work effort objectives are met.
- Plan the project so that it can be delivered to meet the defined objectives.
- Co-operate with Solution Architect to ensure that the delivered solution has been defined so that relevant details of delivery, as well as effort estimation, have been properly addressed.
- Co-operate with Sales to ensure that project budget is sufficient to enable needed level of resourcing.
- Ensure the needed consulting, Product Development (PD) and subcontracted resources are available for the project.
- Establish the project work practices, meetings and required means of communication.
- Ensure any deviations to project goals and targets are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Handle any scope change requests, and ensure that the impact of the changes is analyzed, and the changes get approved along with their impact on project schedule and cost.
- Drive project into completion and get the deliveries approved by the customer.
