Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for salaried or professional roles
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive outreach strategies
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
  • High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to assess candidates effectively and apply sound judgment in hiring decisions
  • Preferred: experience in construction, manufacturing, or multi-site organizations
  • Preferred: familiarity with Paylocity or similar ATS platforms and recruiting analytics

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried and professional roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and structured hiring plans
  • Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach to build strong talent pipelines
  • Maintain active pipelines of passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver consistent and transparent communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and offer management to ensure a smooth hiring experience
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including job marketing content and candidate-facing messaging
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to recruiting operational enhancements
