Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or administrative/project coordination roles
- Strong understanding of core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Experience working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset when working with HR data
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain processes clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-focused and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and locations
- High level of discretion, reliability, and respect for data privacy and confidentiality
- Interest in technology-driven or fintech/crypto environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience
- Maintain and update HR records, systems, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in managing time-off tracking, HR documentation, and basic compliance requirements
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment across processes
- Support HR reporting and data analysis to help improve decision-making and operational efficiency
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and operational support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, workflows, and internal processes
