Requirements
- Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in software testing, including both manual and automation approaches
- Proficiency in C#/.NET and Python for test automation and framework development
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and test case design methodologies
- Experience working in end-to-end product development environments
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional global engineering teams
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with defect reproduction and system-level troubleshooting
- Exposure to AI/ML-based testing approaches is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual and automated testing strategies for complex software systems
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using C#/.NET and Python for Windows-based applications
- Create test cases based on strong software testing and engineering principles
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and support
- Collaborate with global teams including researchers, algorithm engineers, and field support teams to validate solutions
- Reproduce and analyze defects reported from production and field environments
- Apply modern test engineering practices, including AI/ML-based approaches, to enhance product quality
