Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account growth within performance marketing, mobile user acquisition, affiliate marketing, or digital media.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of performance-based models such as CPA, CPI, and CPL.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build forecasts and structured commercial proposals.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with a strong bias for results and execution.
- Experience in mobile-first advertising, SaaS, or enterprise-level accounts (nice to have).
- International market exposure (US, UK, EU, or APAC regions) and existing industry network (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue generation by identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities across performance marketing and enterprise segments.
- Own the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of advertisers and partners across CPI, CPA, CPL, and other performance-based models.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market reach and increase overall revenue performance.
- Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and strategic clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to support retention, performance, and growth initiatives.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to generate leads and strengthen market visibility.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and commercial strategy.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with networks, platforms, publishers, and technology partners.
