Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and/or business development with a strong track record of closing deals
- Experience or strong interest in the recruitment industry is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment
- Strong ability to independently generate leads and manage a full sales cycle
- High level of tech-savviness, including CRM and modern sales tools proficiency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results
- Ability to commit at least 24 hours per week to sales activities
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow your own end-to-end sales pipeline independently
- Identify and generate high-quality leads using modern outreach and acquisition strategies
- Conduct negotiations and close deals with a strong focus on revenue generation
- Manage CRM systems and sales tools to track activity, performance, and pipeline health
- Develop and refine your personal sales approach to improve conversion rates
- Work autonomously while aligning with overall business growth objectives
- Maintain consistent activity levels to drive predictable and scalable results
