- Strong background in scalable, customer-facing platforms and complex system architectures.
- Demonstrated success in building and developing Engineering Managers and high-performing teams.
- Experience improving delivery predictability, operational excellence, and engineering productivity.
- Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with cloud-native systems, platform modernization, and AI-driven development or automation tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering execution across multiple SaaS products, ensuring predictable delivery aligned with roadmap priorities and business goals.
- Partner with Product, Design, and QA to improve development velocity, quality, and customer impact across the portfolio.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards for scalability, reliability, security, and code quality.
- Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Own and evolve operating models (pods, sprints, workflows) to improve collaboration and delivery efficiency.
- Manage Engineering Managers and distributed teams, fostering accountability, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for shared services, platform alignment, and AI-enabled product innovation.
