Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering execution across multiple products.

- Partner with Product, Design, and QA to drive speed and quality.
- Accelerate development through AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Establish and maintain high standards for code quality and performance.
- Own and evolve collaborative operating frameworks for optimal delivery.
- Directly manage and develop Engineering Managers into strong leaders.
- Drive responsible adoption of AI and automation across engineering teams.
