Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in program management, R&D operations, or product/technology leadership within SaaS or platform companies.
- 5+ years leading a global PMO, technical program management function, or equivalent enterprise operations team.
- Proven success in evolving organizations from reactive delivery models to proactive, portfolio-driven execution systems.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage in architecture discussions and understand system-level trade-offs.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, or hybrid product development methodologies.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong leadership presence with a data-driven, structured, and outcome-oriented mindset.
- Ability to challenge priorities constructively while maintaining strong alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end Product & Technology PMO operating model, including strategic planning, quarterly execution, and release governance.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape priorities, manage trade-offs, and align investments with business and customer outcomes.
- Establish portfolio management frameworks that ensure visibility into capacity, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Drive disciplined execution across large-scale initiatives such as product launches, platform modernization, and enterprise transformation programs.
- Translate complex delivery and portfolio data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
- Define and enforce delivery standards, governance practices, and execution cadences across product and engineering teams.
- Build and scale a high-performing PMO organization focused on accountability, strategic influence, and operational excellence.
- Introduce modern tools, metrics, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve planning, forecasting, and execution visibility.
