Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic client leadership, consulting, or similar roles
  • Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise relationships
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop multi-year account strategies and drive measurable revenue growth
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams on account planning, deal strategy, and expansion initiatives
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong storytelling and presentation abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments
  • Experience in digital commerce, SaaS, marketing technology, or enterprise software environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary executive-level partner for key enterprise accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with client goals, growth opportunities, and platform value delivery
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align outcomes, priorities, and long-term vision
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify expansion opportunities, shape deals, and support renewal strategies to protect and grow revenue
  • Translate client objectives into strategic account roadmaps that connect platform capabilities to business transformation goals
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across account management, product, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Identify risks early and escalate or resolve issues at the executive level to protect revenue and customer success
  • Drive improvements in enterprise delivery by addressing systemic challenges and optimizing account performance
  • Contribute to strategic narratives that demonstrate business impact and ROI for enterprise clients
