Requirements
- 6–10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience with a proven track record in large account management, specifically in the Rest of Maharashtra region.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity platforms or integrated security solutions is mandatory.
- Strong experience in selling MDR/XDR, EDR suites, or broader cloud/network security platforms rather than standalone point products.
- Solid understanding of enterprise security frameworks, threat landscapes, and modern cyber risk challenges.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or equivalent.
- Strong executive presence, communication, negotiation, and business acumen.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, Clari, or similar CRM/forecasting platforms.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across large enterprise accounts in the Rest of Maharashtra territory, focusing on strategic cybersecurity platform adoption.
- Position and sell end-to-end security solutions including EDR, MDR, XDR, firewall, SOC-as-a-Service, EASM, Zero Trust, and cloud security offerings.
- Build and nurture strong executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and senior security leaders to understand business challenges and deliver tailored value propositions.
- Own the full sales cycle, including territory planning, pipeline generation, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and commercial closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as sales engineering, product specialists, marketing, and channel partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Represent the organization at industry events, customer briefings, and strategic security forums.
