Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in creative, media, marketing, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in creative services, digital production, or agency environments, including hands-on AI content creation experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing creative or production teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong experience producing AI-generated or AI-augmented video, image, or interactive content for enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., video, image, voice, or content generation platforms) and prompt engineering workflows.
  • Strong client-facing experience managing enterprise relationships and delivering business-driven creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi or another major Indian language is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of creative production processes, brand guidelines, and emerging AI content governance considerations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Strong leadership mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a growth-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of AI-powered creative production, including planning, direction, generation, post-production, delivery, and performance analysis.
  • Act as a strategic creative partner to enterprise clients, translating business objectives into engaging video commerce experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and grow a multidisciplinary creative team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support client pitches, expand service offerings, and grow revenue through creative solutions.
  • Lead client and internal meetings, ensuring clear communication of timelines, deliverables, and expectations across stakeholders.
  • Use data insights and AI experimentation to continuously optimize creative output and improve content performance at scale.
  • Partner with global Product and Engineering teams to influence AI content workflows and future platform capabilities.
  • Stay ahead of emerging generative AI tools and trends, integrating new technologies into production processes.
