Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide information, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support customers with product details, service information, and issue resolution in a clear and professional manner.
- Conduct outbound calls for promotions, sales pitches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update systems as per process requirements.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines while ensuring a natural and customer-friendly approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues when needed.
- Work in rotational shifts while maintaining service quality and adherence to performance targets.
