Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide information, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support customers with product details, service information, and issue resolution in a clear and professional manner.
  • Conduct outbound calls for promotions, sales pitches, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update systems as per process requirements.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines while ensuring a natural and customer-friendly approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues when needed.
