Responsibilities

  • Coordinate health and safety inspection appointments by communicating with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule inspection appointments.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries regarding inspections and compliance schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, bookings, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor missed appointments and manage rescheduling processes.
  • Support business operations during peak compliance periods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth portfolio coordination.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support while meeting operational standards.
