Responsibilities
- Coordinate health and safety inspection appointments by communicating with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
- Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule inspection appointments.
- Respond to tenant inquiries regarding inspections and compliance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, bookings, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor missed appointments and manage rescheduling processes.
- Support business operations during peak compliance periods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth portfolio coordination.
- Deliver high-quality administrative support while meeting operational standards.
