- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment.
- Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
Responsibilities
- Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensuring goals are met.
- Be able to provide market research as a subject matter expert in guiding the recruitment process- adding value to key stakeholders.
- Always maintain an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality.
