Job Details

2+ years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or pipeline generation roles
Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospect engagement
Hands-on experience using Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
Strong copywriting skills for outbound messaging and email campaigns
Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup
Highly proactive, organized, and execution-driven
Comfortable building outbound systems independently from the ground up
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer psychology
Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and optimization
Strong communicator capable of writing persuasive and personalized messaging

Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies targeting high-ticket B2B prospects
Build scalable outbound playbooks, workflows, and prospecting systems
Design outreach campaigns focused on generating qualified conversations and meetings
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach channels
Create LinkedIn content designed to attract and engage target B2B audiences
Write compelling outreach copy for cold emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, and outbound campaigns
Track outreach metrics including response rates, meetings booked, positive reply rates, and pipeline contribution
