Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or pipeline generation roles
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospect engagement
- Hands-on experience using Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Strong copywriting skills for outbound messaging and email campaigns
- Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup
- Highly proactive, organized, and execution-driven
- Comfortable building outbound systems independently from the ground up
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer psychology
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and optimization
- Strong communicator capable of writing persuasive and personalized messaging
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup or growth-focused environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies targeting high-ticket B2B prospects
- Build scalable outbound playbooks, workflows, and prospecting systems
- Design outreach campaigns focused on generating qualified conversations and meetings
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach channels
- Create LinkedIn content designed to attract and engage target B2B audiences
- Write compelling outreach copy for cold emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, and outbound campaigns
- Track outreach metrics including response rates, meetings booked, positive reply rates, and pipeline contribution
