Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or pipeline generation roles
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospect engagement
  • Hands-on experience using Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • Strong copywriting skills for outbound messaging and email campaigns
  • Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup
  • Highly proactive, organized, and execution-driven
  • Comfortable building outbound systems independently from the ground up
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer psychology
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and optimization
  • Strong communicator capable of writing persuasive and personalized messaging
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup or growth-focused environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies targeting high-ticket B2B prospects
  • Build scalable outbound playbooks, workflows, and prospecting systems
  • Design outreach campaigns focused on generating qualified conversations and meetings
  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach channels
  • Create LinkedIn content designed to attract and engage target B2B audiences
  • Write compelling outreach copy for cold emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, and outbound campaigns
  • Track outreach metrics including response rates, meetings booked, positive reply rates, and pipeline contribution
