Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop
- Strong proficiency in Illustrator
- Deep understanding of typography
- Deep understanding of color theory
- Deep understanding of spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Proven experience designing for multiple digital platforms and responsive formats
- Strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce or performance-driven design work
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in remote teams
- Familiarity with Amazon or similar marketplace design standards is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with required equipment (modern laptop/desktop, dual monitors, stable high-speed internet, and basic peripherals such as webcam and headset)
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality digital marketing and e-commerce creatives for multiple brand partners across varied industries, ensuring alignment with platform requirements and brand guidelines.
- Create visually optimized assets for different formats and devices, including desktop and mobile, with strong attention to layout, typography, and hierarchy.
- Iterate designs based on performance feedback, stakeholder input, and campaign results to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute creative ideas, while occasionally supporting or guiding junior designers.
