Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Remote work experience is preferred.
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs are current and visually engaging.
- Work closely with printers and external vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
- Review and provide feedback on design deliverables from junior designers or external agencies when necessary.
