Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Monitoring, Infrastructure, Linux Administration, SRE, or DevOps roles
- Strong hands-on Linux administration experience
- Commercial experience with Grafana and Zabbix
- Good understanding of observability, monitoring, uptime, and alerting principles
- Experience working with Elasticsearch or similar logging/monitoring solutions
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and production incident analysis skills
- Experience working with distributed/high-load infrastructure environments
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first international team
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve monitoring infrastructure for high-load production systems
- Design and improve observability solutions for internal services and customer-facing products
- Build and maintain Grafana dashboards, uptime monitoring, and alerting systems
- Develop and optimize monitoring integrations using Elasticsearch and related technologies
- Improve incident detection and monitoring reliability across distributed infrastructure
- Support and troubleshoot monitoring infrastructure issues
- Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Engineering teams
- Participate in architectural and technical discussions related to monitoring and observability
