Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within Ads Quality or building Advertiser-facing products.
- Proven track record as an experienced people manager with a focus on talent development.
- A history of developing product visions that result in quantifiable business growth.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable product insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing people managers and leading multi-layered organizations.
- A background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience leading Machine Learning product teams or shipping ML-driven features.
Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and develop a world-class team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Define and champion the long-term product vision for advertising products; translate complex advertiser needs into a cohesive, high-impact roadmap.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to launch products that drive measurable advertiser success.
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the end-to-end execution of features within the product suite.
- Craft compelling product narratives and present strategic updates to diverse stakeholders, including the executive leadership team.
- Stay at the forefront of ad tech evolution, identifying emerging opportunities to keep Reddit Ads ahead of the curve.
