Proven track record as an experienced people manager with a focus on talent development.
A history of developing product visions that result in quantifiable business growth.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable product insights.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience managing people managers and leading multi-layered organizations.
A background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Experience leading Machine Learning product teams or shipping ML-driven features.

Hire, mentor, and develop a world-class team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Define and champion the long-term product vision for advertising products; translate complex advertiser needs into a cohesive, high-impact roadmap.
Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to launch products that drive measurable advertiser success.
Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the end-to-end execution of features within the product suite.
Craft compelling product narratives and present strategic updates to diverse stakeholders, including the executive leadership team.
