Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master’s or JD) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in eDiscovery or legal technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Relativity is required.
  • PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and logical approach to work.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to interpret and execute written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving workloads with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Comfort working in a quiet, office-style or remote professional environment with extended computer-based work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage eDiscovery client matters by coordinating workflows across intake, processing, hosting, review, and production stages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
  • Create and oversee work orders for data-related tasks while ensuring proper prioritization, tracking, and execution through internal operational teams.
  • Conduct quality checks on deliverables to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications before final release.
  • Monitor and manage the project or pod work queue, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Communicate scope, timelines, and expectations clearly to both internal teams and external clients, maintaining alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to workflow optimization efforts.
  • Maintain working knowledge of eDiscovery tools, workflows, and industry practices to effectively support case execution.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support evolving client and operational needs.
