Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs or large-scale projects in technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and agile frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, enterprise-level organizations.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders to deliver software or platform-based solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready messaging.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and BMC Remedy is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive alignment, remove blockers, and deliver outcomes in complex organizational structures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
- Build and manage integrated program plans, accounting for dependencies, constraints, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts, proactively managing blockers, gaps, and interdependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Secure resources, define scope, prioritize initiatives, and establish clear delivery timelines across workstreams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, providing clear, structured communication to stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership.
- Facilitate effective meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Leverage agile methodologies to improve delivery efficiency, continuously optimize processes, and support team retrospectives and improvements.
- Ensure accurate reporting of project progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
