Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or similar technical roles with strong hands-on engineering exposure.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical marketing, developer relations, or technical content creation is highly desirable.
- Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages, with practical engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with SRE principles, incident response workflows, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with containers and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and modern microservices architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience creating technical content (blogs, videos, documentation, or public repositories) with a strong portfolio to demonstrate work.
- Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and comfort engaging with technical communities and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality technical content including blogs, tutorials, documentation, white papers, solution briefs, and case studies that explain complex DevOps and AI infrastructure concepts.
- Build demos, proof-of-concepts, and interactive environments that showcase product capabilities in real-world scenarios.
- Produce engaging technical media such as screencasts, demo videos, webinars, and presentations for developer and enterprise audiences.
- Develop reference architectures, implementation guides, and reusable templates to support adoption and technical understanding.
- Engage with developer communities, gather feedback, track industry trends, and contribute to open-source initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging, improve content strategy, and support go-to-market initiatives.
