Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including leadership or management responsibilities
- Proven track record in building demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and CRM tools like Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams in a demand generation or field marketing capacity
- Ability to manage integrated campaigns, events, and marketing operations simultaneously
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies focused on pipeline and revenue growth
- Manage campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, content syndication, email, webinars, and other digital channels
- Oversee marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and lead flow efficiency
- Partner with sales teams to improve lead scoring, routing, conversion, and overall pipeline performance
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and industry activations, including pre- and post-event engagement strategies
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze campaign performance to guide optimization and budget decisions
- Ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and continuous improvement across all marketing initiatives
