Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience marketing to enterprise accounts and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
- Strong experience with SEO, SEM, paid media, and campaign execution
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
- Experience planning and executing webinars and events as demand drivers
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns
- Familiarity with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to apply them in marketing workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline and meeting targets, and support overall GTM team goals
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (events, webinars, SEO, SEM, paid syndication, email, social, content, ABM) that drive qualified meetings
- Forecast projected outcomes from marketing activities and report on actuals, with clear recommendations based on performance
- Own funnel performance from lead to meeting to pipeline
- Drive website traffic and conversion optimization through SEO, SEM, and SAIO to increase inbound demand
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars and field events
- Manage vendor relationships across design, development, and SEO/SAIO/SEM
- Translate core messaging into impactful content across channels and campaigns
- Partner with the executive team to support data insights for internal and external communications
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing and revenue operations to optimize lead flow, report attribution, and improve the customer buying journey
