Requirements
- 2 - 3+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative, or similar sales/client-facing role.
- Exposure to the renewable energy, sustainability, clean tech, or energy sector.
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic) is required.
- Strong client management and customer service skills.
- Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and account management.
- Proficiency using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, structured environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound sales outreach and prospect engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and account management.
- Support lead generation and sales pipeline activities using structured sales processes.
- Coordinate client follow-ups, meetings, and sales administration tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking using Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Handle multiple priorities and client accounts in a fast-paced global sales environment.
- Support business growth initiatives within the renewable energy sector.
