Responsibilities
- Serve as lead counsel for MSO data governance and privacy matters.
- Advise MSO business units on privacy and security requirements.
- Draft and negotiate privacy and security contractual terms.
- Collaborate with security and technology teams to support MSO needs.
- Lead incident preparedness and response for legal support.
- Support governance and board reporting related to privacy.
- Establish strong relationships with MSO stakeholders.
