Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator, or Project Scheduler.
- Experience supporting Australian construction companies or projects.
- Strong understanding of construction terminology and project workflows.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial tracking and reporting.
- Experience managing RFIs, subcontract documentation, and project registers.
- Experience with job costing, forecasting, and project financial reporting.
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience working within structured quality frameworks such as ISO9001.
- Experience supporting project close-out processes and warranty documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractor documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain project registers and ensure accuracy of project data across systems.
- Implement and manage project startup checklists.
- Assist with budget monitoring and project financial reporting.
- Support tender cost analysis and scope development.
- Administer subcontract agreements, RFIs, variation orders, and work orders.
- Maintain drawing transmittal and project documentation registers.
- Assist with project close-out documentation and warranty records.
- Prepare and track monthly project reports.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the project delivery team.
- Communicate and resolve project documentation or process issues with internal stakeholders.
