Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience as a Backend/Software Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience developing with NodeJS or Python.
- You know SQL and NoSQL fundamentals. Particularly strong with PostgreSQL and ORM libraries (such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience shipping real products using Claude.
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
- Strong remote collaboration skills.
- Adheres to business processes and systems to meet the company's quality requirements.
- Takes personal accountability for service excellence.
- Understands your role within the organization from an information security perspective and commits to protecting the organization's security and information assets.
- Ensures cost savings and efficiencies in the area of accountability.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, Designers, and QA professionals to understand requirements, scope features, and create seamless experiences.
- Responsible for technical decisions that keep the team's work efficient and in line with the right tools and strategies in place throughout the rest of the company.
- Use AI coding tools like Claude to accelerate feature development—generating code, handling boilerplate, and writing scaffolding.
- Build and ship AI products, workflows, and agents.
- From discovery to deployment, provide your technical input throughout all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle, including architecture decisions, design feedback, and deployment strategy.
- Collaborate to develop robust new features, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Ship features end-to-end with ownership: design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and iterate.
- Ensure top-tier products and services through quality engineering, rigorous testing, and attentive, customer-focused development.
- Communicate constantly with cross-functional teams.
- Unblock teams by answering questions clearly, debugging issues fast, and proposing solutions to ambiguous problems.
