Job Details

1–3 years of experience in digital design, specifically creating content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Proven track record of working with US or UK-based clients
Deep understanding of Western design aesthetics, typography, and "scroll-stopping" visual trends
Active experience using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly) to generate or enhance imagery
Familiarity with AI-driven video tools (e.g., CapCut AI features, Runway, or HeyGen)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and Canva
A strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, short-form video edits, and examples of AI-assisted projects
Exceptional written and verbal communication for seamless collaboration with Western teams
A "tech-first" mindset with a passion for testing new AI plugins and workflows

Produce bulk static and animated GIF assets for META paid campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Work directly with the Growth Manager to receive, interpret and deliver on creative briefs
Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all output including fonts, asset preferences, brand colours and overall tone
Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate production without compromising quality
Resize, adapt and repurpose assets across multiple ad formats and placements
Manage multiple concurrent asset batches and meet tight turnaround times
Flag inconsistencies or brand conflicts proactively before delivery
Participate in feedback loops and iterate quickly based on direction
