Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic production or design coordination.
- Experience with large-format production (roll-to-roll, flatbed, CNC, laser).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
- Portfolio of large-format and production-ready work.
- Familiarity with ADA/braille signage software.
- Experience with SketchUp or similar CAD/3D tools.
- Expertise in print specs, prepress, and file preparation.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Reliable remote-work setup with power/internet backups.
- Available to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, wallpaper, murals, and cutouts.
- Create, preflight, and deliver high-resolution production files.
- Ensure color accuracy across deliverables through color adjustments.
- Refine and output print-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Coordinate with design, print, and production teams to meet timelines.
- Enforce quality control standards for all outputs.
- Maintain organized documentation, file systems, and version control.
- Produce files for CNC/laser cutting and roll-to-roll/flatbed printing.
- Support image recreations and AI-assisted asset generation.
- Prepare ADA signage and production-ready packages.
