Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design QA, or a closely related role
  • Strong working knowledge of branding principles — typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience reviewing social media assets, digital graphics, and content calendars
  • Familiarity with platform specs for Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to follow, document, and enforce structured QA checklists and approval workflows
  • Comfortable using design tools at a reviewing level (Canva, Adobe, Figma — you do not need to build, but you must be able to assess)
  • Experience with marketing funnels — awareness, consideration, and conversion stage design
  • UX/UI design background — ability to assess whether a design is not just on-brand, but also conversion-optimised
  • Social media strategy and management experience — understanding of what drives engagement and performance by platform
  • Experience working with a development or build team and understanding technical feasibility constraints

Responsibilities

  • Validate brand colors, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and logo usage against brand guidelines
  • Assess visual balance, contrast, readability, and image quality (HD, non-repetitive, non-obvious stock)
  • Confirm correct use of icons, brand elements, and templates across every asset
  • Verify all assets meet platform specifications — dimensions, ratios, and export formats
  • Review copy for brand voice consistency, grammar, punctuation, clarity, and engagement
  • Verify CTAs are clear, purposeful, and aligned with the visual
  • Check content calendars for date accuracy, platform alignment, hashtags, and keywords
  • Ensure all deliverables are complete and relevant to campaign goals
  • Review for audio clarity, correct formatting/sizing, visual consistency, and clean edits
  • Flag bloopers, pacing issues, and brand inconsistencies before final export
  • Partner with the build team early to validate design feasibility within platform limitations
  • Push back on any design that cannot be accurately built as intended
  • Document constraints clearly and escalate when custom implementation is required
  • Own the final go / no-go decision before every handoff
