Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting automation
- Experience with Bank or Fintech industries is a plus
- Experience with financial reporting systems or ERP tools (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- B1 or higher English level
- Russian language proficiency (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with international standards
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to improve reporting quality and efficiency
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analyses
- Maintenance of the control procedure
