- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction.
Responsibilities
- Manage all transaction paperwork and documentation using SkySlope.
- Ensure all files, contracts, and records are accurate and fully up to date.
- Post property listings on social media platforms and keep all profiles updated.
- Assist with basic marketing efforts and the regular posting of digital content.
- Support day-to-day operations and execute various administrative tasks as needed.
- Help maintain high levels of organization across all company systems and workflows.
