Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Design / UX/UI experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, UX thinking, visual execution
- Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
- Experience with User flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, Responsive design
- Understanding of UX principles, Usability testing, Accessibility
- Experience in SaaS products, Consumer apps, Enterprise tools
- Familiarity with Design systems at scale
- Basic front-end knowledge: HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
- Translate insights into personas, journey maps, and user flows
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards
- Ensure consistency across all product surfaces
- Design aligned with WCAG 2.1 and ensure cross-device usability
- Run A/B tests on UI variations, flows, and interactions
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers
- Deliver developer-ready assets using Figma Dev Mode and Zeplin
- Provide clear specs and interaction details
