Requirements

  • Strategic Brand Management: Proven experience in building and scaling brands in high-growth industries (Fintech, Trading, iGaming, or Crypto).
  • SOV & Sentiment Analytics: Expertise in using social listening and competitive analysis tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Mention, BuzzSumo, or SimilarWeb) to track Share of Voice and brand health metrics.
  • Content Strategy & Storytelling: A mastery of high-level copywriting and content architecture.
  • Performance Branding: Deep understanding of how brand awareness impacts the performance funnel.
  • Media Planning & PR Fundamentals: Experience in managing relationships with financial media, influencers, and industry portals (e.g., Finance Magnates, Investing.com) to secure earned media.
  • Visual Literacy: Ability to create briefs that result in premium, high-converting visual assets and ensure 100% Brand Book compliance.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com to manage complex, multi-channel brand campaigns across different time zones.
  • 2+ years in B2C Public Relations
  • Proven track record of securing placements in Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial publications
  • Solid grasp of brand metrics: SOV, brand sentiment, branded search, non-social reach
  • Hands-on experience with media monitoring and outreach tools — Brandwatch, Brand24, Cision, Muck Rack, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
  • Comfortable briefing and reviewing creative output (design, content)
  • Solid understanding of how brand awareness feeds into performance funnels
  • Basic project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar)
  • Advanced English — written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a roadmap to increase our Share of Voice (SOV) across target regions (LATAM, SEA, MENA, etc.).
  • Conduct monthly benchmarking of competitors’ brand activities, messaging, and visual shifts to ensure we maintain a "first-mover" advantage.
  • Continuously refine our Unique Selling Propositions to ensure they resonate with modern traders' needs (speed, security, transparency).
  • Proactively manage the brand’s reputation on external review platforms (Trustpilot, FPA) and financial forums, turning neutral or negative sentiment into positive brand equity.
  • Collaborate with the PR team/agencies to secure organic mentions in top-tier financial publications, positioning our internal experts as go-to sources for market commentary.
  • Act as the final gatekeeper for all public-facing assets, ensuring 100% alignment with our Brand Book and Tone of Voice.
  • Brief and lead the design and content teams to produce high-impact "brand-first" campaigns that support major product launches or market events.
  • Ensure that the brand remains consistent globally while feeling "native" in local markets through nuanced messaging adjustments.
  • Work alongside the User Acquisition (UA) team to create "high-trust" ad creatives that reduce CPA and improve lead quality.
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure the trading platform’s UI/UX reflects the brand promise of professional-grade excellence.
