Requirements
- Extensive SDET experience, including test automation strategy and hands-on implementation.
- Demonstrated leadership in TDD, test automation adoption, and team-wide ownership of quality.
- Strong experience building and evolving backend systems using C#, .NET, and SQL Server, deployed in AWS.
- 4+ years of designing scalable, distributed systems and cloud-based architectures.
- Proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives from concept through deployment, with clear ownership.
- Strong technical judgment: able to influence without formal authority and align teams on sound decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and elevate quality through clear standards and coaching.
- Bias for action with a high bar for quality, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Experience with one or more of: xUnit, Playwright/Cypress, performance testing, contract testing, service virtualization, and observability tooling.
Responsibilities
- Lead with quality first. Design, build, and maintain automated test suites across services and integration points. Perform targeted manual testing where it adds clear value.
- Ship great software. Design, code, test, and implement features and services within Reveleer’s platform following established architectural patterns.
- Raise the bar. Write clean, maintainable code & test cases. Own components end-to-end with a focus on long-term reliability and maintainability.
- Contribute to system quality, reliability, performance, and security through disciplined engineering practices.
- Influence of design. Participate in design discussions and provide practical, data-informed recommendations within a defined scope.
- Mentor and multiply. Review code and tests, share best practices, and coach engineers to elevate team-wide quality standards.
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering peers to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes.
