Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Proficiency with React.js and Node.js
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions independently
- Experience working in product-oriented environments with a strong focus on delivery and impact
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies and full-stack architecture
- Ability to work across the entire SDLC — from development to deployment and maintenance
- Experience with CI/CD, version control systems, and modern development workflows
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to take responsibility for delivered solutions
- Experience mentoring others and contributing to team growth
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features for an AI-driven SaaS platform
- Work closely with product stakeholders to define solutions and deliver measurable business impact
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from idea to production
- Build and iterate on new product features (0→1 development)
- Ensure high quality by owning testing, validation, and release of your solutions
- Contribute to improving development processes, increasing delivery speed, and reducing friction
- Mentor other engineers and share best practices across the team
- Collaborate in a fast-moving environment focused on experimentation and continuous improvement
