- Previous experience in customer service, preferably with subscription-based or SaaS products
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in Spanish regarding subscription services
- Assist customers with subscription management, billing inquiries, upgrades, and cancellations
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and subscription offerings
- Adapt to relocation requirements and contribute positively to team dynamics in Greece
