Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in product management, including leadership of product teams in technical or platform-driven environments.
- Experience hiring, leading, and scaling Product Management teams with measurable impact.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineers; prior experience in software development or highly technical domains strongly preferred.
- Experience building developer-focused products, platforms, or APIs is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success working with integrations, partner ecosystems, or complex technical infrastructure.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with experience engaging directly with customers and external partners.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to guide product decisions.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with strong prioritization skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset and ownership mentality.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for self-serve experiences and platform capabilities.
- Build and scale a developer-first platform that supports integrations, partner ecosystems, and external adoption.
- Lead product initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement based on user feedback and data insights.
- Manage and grow a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and clear strategic direction.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive product experiences.
- Translate customer needs and technical requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Represent the organization in external discussions with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders when needed.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product success and guide prioritization decisions.
- Drive execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining alignment across teams.
