Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7–10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business systems roles in SaaS environments
  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional enterprise software products
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business, financial, or operational problems into structured product solutions
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with engineering teams
  • Familiarity with contracting systems, financial workflows, or platforms such as CLM, billing, invoicing, or reconciliation tools
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS product launches, including adoption and post-launch optimization
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is highly desirable
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Contracting module within the Clinical Trial Financial Suite
  • Define and execute launch strategy including scope, success metrics, phased releases, pilot programs, and general availability readiness
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities including discovery, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release execution
  • Translate complex clinical trial contracting and financial workflows into structured product requirements and user stories
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI-driven or intelligent automation features to enhance workflow efficiency and usability
  • Manage launch readiness activities including documentation, operational handoffs, and coordination with implementation and support teams
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, UX, architecture, compliance, and commercial teams
  • Oversee product quality, defect resolution, and adherence to enterprise SaaS standards for scalability, security, and compliance
  • Lead customer engagement activities including discovery sessions, feedback loops, demos, and early adopter programs
  • Partner with marketing and sales to support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
