Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in project or program management within marketing, creative, or brand-focused environments.
- Strong hands-on experience using project management tools, with at least 3 years of expertise in monday.com.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end marketing processes, including digital, creative, offline, packaging, and e-commerce workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and workflow optimization best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and personalities while driving accountability and alignment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns, including timelines, budgets, scope, resources, and deliverables across digital, offline, packaging, experiential, and product launch initiatives.
- Partner with marketing leadership to define and evolve long-term brand project management and creative operations systems, tools, and workflows that scale with growth.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, execution, and post-mortem processes while continuously improving operational efficiency and creative output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, align priorities, and ensure clear communication across all stages of delivery.
- Manage resource planning and workload allocation using forecasting and analysis tools to optimize team efficiency and output quality.
- Ensure brand consistency and creative integrity across all deliverables, acting as a final quality checkpoint before assets go live.
- Track KPIs, analyze project performance, and implement continuous improvements to workflows, speed, and effectiveness.
- Lead internal meetings and drive proactive communication on project status, risks, dependencies, and resolutions.
