Requirements
- 6+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years in a leadership or team management role
- Proven experience supporting sales organizations, including SOW creation, scoping, and implementation planning
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP certification or equivalent preferred)
- Experience managing multiple complex projects across product lines or enterprise environments
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and CRM platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with attention to detail and delivery quality
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Define, refine, and standardize PMO processes to ensure consistent project execution and delivery outcomes
- Partner with Sales teams on pre-sales activities, including scoping, SOW development, pricing guidance, and implementation planning
- Support sales-to-services transitions to ensure seamless handoffs and strong customer onboarding experiences
- Oversee a portfolio of active projects, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and successful delivery outcomes
- Serve as an escalation point for project risks and issues, driving timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer feedback and influence platform improvements
- Produce operational reporting, including project status updates, utilization metrics, and executive-level reports
- Track and improve key performance indicators related to delivery, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance
