  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product releases, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful commercialization outcomes
  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging based on deep market, customer, and competitive insights to create clear differentiation
  • Translate technical product features into compelling, customer-focused value propositions for various audiences and channels
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics are met
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategy, influence product roadmap decisions, and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and drive voice-of-the-customer initiatives, including case studies and testimonials, to strengthen brand credibility and messaging
  • Act as a product evangelist, preparing messaging frameworks, presentations, and communication strategies for internal and external audiences
