- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of driving product adoption and revenue growth in SaaS, B2B, or Healthcare IT environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, impactful messaging
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated leadership mindset with the ability to inspire collaboration and drive execution in fast-moving environments
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in agile environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product releases, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful commercialization outcomes
- Define and refine product positioning and messaging based on deep market, customer, and competitive insights to create clear differentiation
- Translate technical product features into compelling, customer-focused value propositions for various audiences and channels
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics are met
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategy, influence product roadmap decisions, and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and drive voice-of-the-customer initiatives, including case studies and testimonials, to strengthen brand credibility and messaging
- Act as a product evangelist, preparing messaging frameworks, presentations, and communication strategies for internal and external audiences
- Support pricing strategies and provide competitive intelligence to guide strategic decisions
