Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, including at least 8+ years in leadership or management roles
- Strong track record of leading full-cycle product marketing strategies in complex, multi-product environments
- Deep experience in B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare technology, SaaS, or data-driven industries
- Proven ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse audiences
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams
- Experience driving go-to-market strategy, product launches, and commercialization initiatives at scale
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Product Marketing team to define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue impact
- Own the go-to-market strategy for products and features, ensuring strong positioning, messaging, and successful commercialization across multiple channels
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and buyer personas to create differentiated product messaging and value propositions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute successful product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
- Drive achievement of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and revenue contribution targets aligned with business unit objectives
- Partner with Finance and Product teams to define pricing strategies and optimize commercial performance
- Oversee marketing budgets, advertising strategies, and spend allocation across digital, print, and event channels
- Lead trade show and industry event strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market presence goals
- Define and track KPIs for product marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks and ensure consistent market insights are shared across the organization
