Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles in high-growth, ambiguous environments, ideally involving brand transformation and demand generation.
- Proven ability to build both brand positioning and scalable demand engines that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong experience operating across B2C and B2B marketing environments, including lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Sales, Product, and other GTM teams.
- Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset and bias for action.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment.
- Experience managing and developing marketing teams in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the brand positioning, narrative, messaging architecture, and voice to establish a clear and differentiated identity in the market, while ensuring separation from legacy offerings.
- Build and execute integrated demand generation strategies across direct-to-consumer, B2B, and partner channels, driving awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth.
- Design scalable go-to-market campaigns, content strategies, and lifecycle marketing programs that balance brand building with performance outcomes.
- Lead marketing strategy development aligned with business goals, continuously testing, learning, and adapting based on market feedback and performance data.
- Partner closely with Sales to align on ICPs, buyer journeys, enablement, and demand creation initiatives that directly support revenue performance.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team, establishing strong operating rhythms, execution standards, and a culture of ownership and speed.
