Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong expertise in account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing
- Proven track record of building and scaling ABM programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Experience working in enterprise technology environments such as cloud infrastructure, storage, or data management
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across sales and marketing teams
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot), and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense)
- Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive ABM strategy aligned with revenue objectives, targeting high-value enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Revenue Operations teams to define ideal customer profiles and prioritize target accounts
- Design and execute integrated, account-centric campaigns across multiple channels, including email, digital, events, and content syndication
- Drive both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts through tailored marketing initiatives
- Partner with Product and Customer Marketing teams to craft targeted messaging and value propositions for specific audiences
- Track, analyze, and report on ABM performance metrics such as engagement, pipeline contribution, win rates, and deal velocity
- Build and maintain dashboards linking marketing activities to revenue outcomes and account progression
- Optimize the ABM technology stack and tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign effectiveness
- Manage budget allocation and external partners to ensure efficient execution and maximum ROI
