- Experience
- Six (6) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing including hands – on experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) IT hosting solutions. Years of experience should encompass: Three (3) of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions. Two (2) of which are concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems, and training customers in the use of software and hardware.

Requirements
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- IAT-II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH)
- Cloud Engineer/Architect certification (Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
- Cloud Platform certification (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Cloud Operations, Red Hat Certified Engineer)
- Six (6) years of progressive experience in Information Processing
- Three (3) years specialized in Information Processing with hardware/software solutions
- Two (2) years hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems, and training customers in software and hardware
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, analyze and resolve technical issues in response to customer-reported incidents and service requests
- Perform planning and analysis of IT support workflows and operational processes
- Research, analyze, and report on incident trends, recurring issues, and system performance patterns
- Develop and maintain problem tracking databases and knowledge repositories
- Create technical documentation and training materials and conduct computing and information systems training sessions
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Perform system backup, restoration, and recovery operations
- Consult with users and stakeholders to identify system requirements, operational needs, and functional gaps
- Conduct feasibility studies, alternatives analyses, and trade-off assessments
- Prepare business cases, technical justifications, and supporting documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to DoD and DLA information security and cybersecurity policies
- Support compliance with RMF, NIST, and applicable DoD cybersecurity standards
