Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in information technology and/or Federal Government contracting.
- Of the 5 YOE, 2+ years of experience supporting large production systems.
- Requires experience with InterSystems Cache, IRIS, or HealthShare.
- Experience automating infrastructure, testing, or deployment of a web-based application with tools like Jenkins, Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions using Enterprise Monitor, DynaTrace and Splunk.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience supporting GetHub/Jenkins Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to help DevOps Teams deliver software of higher quality at greater speed.
- Experience with AWS, Agile/SAFe, DevOps, IRIS, Linux (RHEL-8) Apache, Ansible Python Scripting.
- Knowledge and understanding of one or more different agile methodologies, including SAFe.
- Experience with AWS monitoring tools: CloudWatch, DynaTrace, Splunk.
- Experienced with configuring large middleware applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategies and solutions for automating operations and identifying streamlined software delivery methodology and technology processes.
- Provide strategies and solutions to maintain continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Perform backup, recovery, patching, and ADFS integration.
- Provide strategies and solutions to support Load and Performance Testing and Management in production as well as lower-level environments.
- Help in Tier 3 support of IntersSystems HealthShare and IRIS for Health systems and related technologies.
- Installation and Configuration of InterSystems base software, kits, and patches.
- Help support oAuth and SSO configuration and setup.
- Provide strategies and solutions to support migration to OpenID Connect (OIDC).
