  • Experience managing remote teams with a focus on coaching, accountability, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to drive productivity and guide team members to meet enrollment targets, quality benchmarks, and organizational goals in a virtual environment.
  • Creative in finding solutions: You are relentless in searching for themes and getting to the root of any issue
  • Comfortable working in an autonomous environment, can expertly prioritize, and have a knack for identifying internal and external blockers

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies that align with our goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish enrollment targets, ensuring alignment with the company's growth projections.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor enrollment trends, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose strategic adjustments to improve enrollment rates.
  • Be an expert with the enrollment process, leading your team to improve quickly.
  • Review weekly performance to goals
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to onboard new practices efficiently - with custom and tailored onboarding for each practice given their goals
  • Hire, train, and onboard new Care Partners to the enrollment team
  • Coach your team to improve performance through live listening and shadowing
